Astenia is my home in Ribes de Freser, in the heart of the Pyrenees. I rent a private room for stays of 31 nights or more, designed for those who need to live here for a while in peace and quiet. Guest access Astenia's private room is called **Serendipia**. It has two 90 cm single beds placed at two heights, with a wooden ladder to access the upper bed, and space to store clothes and belongings. It's your private space inside my home, designed for you to rest and feel comfortable during an extended stay. The rest of the common areas of the house are shared in a quiet, simple and respectful atmosphere. During your stay At Astenia, you will share the main areas of the house with me. You can use the dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and office, as well as move freely through the common areas of the home. The idea is that during your stay, you don't just feel like a passing guest, but that you can go about your daily life with comfort and peace of mind. Coexistence is based on respect, trust, and care for the spaces we share. Your room, Serendipia, will be your private and personal space throughout your stay. The rest of the house is part of the common areas that we will share. Astenia is a lived-in and cozy house, designed for those who value a quiet atmosphere and a simple and respectful coexistence during a stay of several weeks or months. Other things to note For me, the most important thing is that during your stay you really feel at home. Serendipia will be your private space, but you will be free to enjoy the common areas of Astenia: kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, office and the rest of the shared spaces in the house. Although we will live under the same roof, each one will have their own privacy, their own schedules, and their own way of living. I don't want you to feel like you're just passing through or limited to one room, but rather that you have a home where you can cook, rest, work, read or go about your daily life in peace. Coexistence is based on something very simple: respect, trust, common sense, and mutual care of the house. For a stay of several weeks or months, I think feeling comfortable, free and respected is just as important as the room itself.
