0ur Watermill is set down a quiet lane on the circular walk from Newcastle Emlyn to Cenarth. In a peaceful countryside location yet close to local beaches. The Stables is part of a Watermill. It sleeps 4 in a double and a twin room with shower room. Own garden & sunny patio with great views. Large multi purpose living space overlooking our own field with direct river access. You are welcome to bring kayaks, paddle boards etc. The space We have one multi purpose room on the ground floor. It was Stables to the main Watermill and is flooded with light. It overlooks our large field. The second floor has a double and a twin room. The double has a door out to the private patio and garden area. The shower room has a large shower, vanity sink and toilet. Guest access The Stables has parking at the front. It has its own private garden. We have direct river access so you are welcome to bring kayaks or paddle boards. Other things to note We are only 5 minutes drive from Newcastle Emlyn so nearby for shopping. Newcastle Emlyn has various pubs, restaurants and cafes. We are only 15 minutes from local beaches of Tresaith and Aberporth. Cardigan Town is 20 minutes drive away.
