The space This serene home is situated in a private and tranquil location, conveniently close to excellent hiking and biking trails, a golf course, and other recreational opportunities. The property features a yard where children can play, complemented by outdoor furniture ideal for enjoying warm summer days. Upon entering, you will find a mudroom that provides ample storage for outdoor gear. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, two inviting living areas, a dining room, and a full bathroom. One living room offers an open-concept layout filled with natural light, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV. The second living area is designed for entertainment, complete with an arcade machine, a wrap-around couch perfect for movie nights, and another Smart TV. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a washer and dryer for convenience. One bedroom contains two twin beds, another features a queen bed, while the master suite offers a king bed and an attached private bathroom. The loft-style layout includes a ladder that leads to additional sleeping arrangements with two twin beds and a full bed. The downstairs area comprises an unfinished basement and includes a foosball table and a pool table for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Please be respectful of any homeowners personal items or locked closets. The hot tub will be drained on the property and is not for guests use.
