We collect a refundable Security Deposit of ₱3000 upon check-in. GENERAL Guidelines 1. There is a noise curfew starting 10 pm. 2. Guests must check in any time between 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check out at 12 PM at the latest. 3. Early check-in is subject to availability and with an additional charge of ₱500 per hour. 4. No smoking on the premises. 5. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee ₱700 and a pet security deposit ₱1000. 6. Our home is not a full-service hotel. Please clean up after yourselves when dining. 7. Strictly no heavy cooking in the indoor kitchen. For deep-frying, barbecuing, etc., please use the outdoor kitchen. 8. We do not accept reservations for wedding preparation. HEADCOUNT 1. Our maximum occupancy is 8 pax only. 2. Drivers, maids, and other employees of the guests are included in the headcount. 3. Children ages 2 and below are not included in the headcount and are therefore exempt from charges, given that they share a bed with their parent/guardian. 4. We won't accept a change in date once the room is booked. We apologize for the inconvenience. 5. For visitors who aren't staying overnight, we charge ₱500 per head. 6. Guest exceeding 6 pax will have additional charge of ₱500/pax per night. Guest access VISITORS Visitors are not allowed inside the house and the premises. Only checked-in guests are allowed. Pets are allowed only in the rooms in which they are registered. And pets cannot stay at the bed. 2. Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room and must be accompanied by their owners in public places at all times. 3. Pets must wear diapers and on a leash at all times, especially in public areas of the property 4. During any housekeeping service the guest is requested to remove their pet from the room the guest may call the Housekeeping Department to arrange a convenient time to service the rooms. 5. The guest shall give a security deposit, equivalent to One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) per dog and room upon check-in. The security deposit will cover any damages incurred which may include but are not limited to, stained bedding, stained pillows, stained linen, scratches on the furniture, scratches on the floor, infestation, extra cleaning that may be required, and/or lost revenue charges while the unit is out of service due to cleaning and repairs. The room/s will be inspected upon checkout. After confirmation and clearance that no damage was found in the room and no extra cleaning efforts were required, the security deposit shall be returned. 5. The guest shall pay the disinfection cleaning fee and pet bed corresponding to the room category upon check-in. The fee is non-refundable. Rate per night (per pet): Php 700.00 6. The Management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of any pet for any reason whatsoever. 7. The guest shall strictly comply with the Pet Policy Agreement and other rules and regulations that may be issued by Management. Management reserves the right to require room changes, removal of pet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in the resort’s sole discretion, the pet is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt resort guests, has damaged hotel property.
