Exclusive access to this pretty cottage in rural but lively Wiveliscombe on the Devon/Somerset border. With its 2 pubs, weekly Saturday morning farmers’ market, general shops as well as an open-air heated pool, it has everything you need as a base to explore this beautiful area by car, bike or on foot. Close by are 2 lakes (walking, fishing, sailing), Exmoor National Park, South West Coast Path, Quantocks, and the beautiful North Devon coast. 20 minutes from the M5 and you're in another world! The space Please note that the bed is a small double - normal length but slightly less wide. Also care should be taken when going up and down the stairs, especially if you're tall! I also provide towels. Parking is either outside the property or in the nearby Croft Way car park, 2 minutes walk from the house. Guest access The front door key will be in key safe and you will be sent the code on booking. Other things to note There are 2 pubs, both serving good food in Wiveliscombe, The Bear and The White Hart. Also Indian, Chinese and English takeaways. Butchers, Co-Op, Saturday farmers' market (bread, cheese, organic veg, fish etc), delicatessen, garage, pharmacy, book shop and one of the top 50 bakeries in the country, Longstraw Bakery. Book online on their site to pick up bread on Fridays. Electric charging points are available in both of the car parks. You've seen the film, time to start the South West Coast path at Minehead, an easy 40 minute drive away.
