3-star air-conditioned "Le Campagnol" house

Country house for 6 people with reversible air conditioning, quiet, 1.5 kilometers from the village. Possibility to rent a 3rd independent room for an additional fee for a total of 8 people: contact me directly. A large room with bright living/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with 2 90 cm single beds). Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom with walk-in shower. Check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. No pets. The space Access to the swimming pool which is exclusively reserved for rental, therefore not shared (bean-shaped L: 11.70 m X 5 m W: 5.30 m D: 1.10 and 1.50 m) and equipped with two alarms. Access to a small green space with plancha available and kiosk. Leisure facilities available: treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, foosball table, ping-pong table, bowling game, darts, petanque. No parties are permitted. Tourist tax of €0.80 per person (18 years and over) and per night to be paid in addition on the day of arrival (we do not accept bank cards). A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
