Castle farm

The castle farm is one of the few houses in Kočevje with a barn on the ground floor. Such a way of coexistence of people and animals under the same roof was once widespread in this area. Animals graze on the meadows around the house from April to October. The main activity of the farm is beekeeping and fruit growing. In the immediate vicinity there is also an apiary intended for tastings, apitherapy and observation of bees.
