Guest access The apartment is part of AQUAVISTA Residence — a small collection of ten vacation homes, exclusively designed for guests. There are no full-time residents, just fellow travelers enjoying the same peaceful spirit. Planning a special occasion? You can book multiple apartments together — perfect for birthdays, bachelorette weekends, or intimate lake weddings. The residence is located inside a private gated community with an automatic entrance. Upon arrival, guests will receive a phone number to conveniently open the gate remotely. Guests can park freely in the available parking spots within the private village. Spaces are not assigned, but there is always room for those staying at the residence. Guests have full access to the apartment and its two balconies overlooking the water, as well as to the shared outdoor areas of the residence. Other things to note Private events & group stays All AQUAVISTA apartments are holiday rentals. No permanent residents live in the residence. It’s possible to book multiple units for private events or group stays. Professional cleaning The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
