The Gîte de la Côte Feuillée

Previously Chantal & Pierre-Jean Guinchard. We are new owners. Apartment on the 2nd floor of a house located in the center of the village. Access to a fenced garden with swing. On the ground floor, you will find a small grocery store with all the necessities (bread, cheese, tobacco, gasoline, groceries (dry and fresh), regional products, souvenirs...). Tourist village in season: ski lift, downhill skiing, ski jumping, nearby lakes, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding... Change of scenery guaranteed! The space The apartment is composed of: - Two separate bedrooms each composed of a double bed of 140 x 190 a single bed of 90 x 190 with sinks. - A large living room with living room, dining room and kitchen (oven, raclette and fondue, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, TV, iron). This large room is separated with a curtain offering behind a third bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190. - Bathroom (shower, sink). - Separate toilet. - A washing machine, a dryer and a drying rack. Guest access There is a room where you have the washing machine Other things to note Dear guests, Linens and pillowcases are provided. Towels are not provided. If you forget your towels, we can offer you some (towels and washcloths) for a package per pair of €10. Carbon monoxide detector unnecessary: electric heating. Smoke detectors in place. Non-smoking gîte. Come and smoke at the entrance to the property, remaining careful (gas station and gas bottles nearby). Garden table and chairs (outdoor meal), sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue, barbecue equipment possible by asking the host. Housekeeping is included but reduced in case of short stay and reasonable per week. We ask that you make the cottage clean, swept and/or vacuumed.
