Lusandre is a luxury vacation home equipped with all comforts with a 34m² private terrace, Jacuzzi (optional), garden furniture and BBQ. Business people will appreciate the comfort, but it is also ideal for a relaxing or recreational stay. Lusandre is located in the Kempen and has a wide range of recreational opportunities and attractions. Olen is located in the triangle of Antwerp (35 min)– Hasselt (30 min)–Eindhoven (50 min) and is close to the towns of Geel and Herentals. Includes 6% VAT. The space Our vacation home is a unit equipped with all the comforts you need. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, combi oven and a dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower. There is a private parking for 2 cars. Your personal bicycles can be placed in a covered and locked storage. There are two bicycles provided and the possibility to rent e-bikes, this is by reservation. For e-bikes, there are two charging points. What is included? Free use of WiFi Normal use of water, gas and electricity Weekly cleaning and final cleaning included. Weekly replacement of linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Free parking Women's and men's bikes available VAT & taxes Optional: Rent of e-bikes (€30 per day) Use of hot spring; 75 euros per day. Prohibited Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the vacation home is prohibited. It is forbidden to exceed the registered number of maximum 6 people. Bachelor parties, student parties and drinking parties are not allowed in our home. Noise pollution: Lusandre is located in a quiet neighborhood, we would like to keep it that way.
