Breathtaking Historic Loft in Quaint Downtown

This loft is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Originally built in 1895, the building has a rich history. The loft showcases its original brickwork, exposed and restored alongside custom, elegant woodwork. Tall windows line the main living area, allowing in copious amounts of natural light, especially as the sun sets. The loft boasts high ceilings, and about 1500 sq ft. In the bedroom you will find a spacious walk-in closet, luxurious king sized bed, and a cozy day bed in the main living area. It's only 20 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), 30 minutes to Downtown Detroit, and 40 minutes to Canada! Don't forget to grab your passport or enhanced Driver's License if you wish to visit Canada. A public EV charger is located in the parking lot for your convenience.
