Centrally located between Albany’s city centre and Middleton Beach, with open-plan living, modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This spacious, pet friendly 4-bedroom home is perfect for big families, groups, and getaways with loved ones. The master bedroom with private ensuite features a king bed, while bedrooms 2 and 3 offer a double and queen. The 4th bedroom includes a queen bed, two bunks, extra seating, and toys, making it ideal for kids or shared sleeping arrangements. The bright, open plan living area provides plenty of space to relax, cook, and dine together. Stacking sliding doors connect seamlessly to the outdoor living area, complete with a second dining table and comfortable lounges. Paired with the expansive backyard, it’s the perfect spot to entertain, unwind, play, and take in the fresh air and scenic views. PET OWNERS PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to bring your cat or dog along, please let us know now. A pet form and $100 non-refundable pet fee are required and must be completed and paid to finalise your booking. Once notified, our team will arrange the relevant forms and payment link via email. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS: Please note that bedroom access and bedding configurations are based on guest numbers: Bookings for up to 2 guests include access to the master bedroom with ensuite. Bookings for 3-4 guests include access to the master bedroom with ensuite plus the second bedroom with a double bed and second bathroom. Bookings for 5-6 guests include access to second bathroom plus: Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite Bedroom 2: Double bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bookings for up to 8 guests include access to all bathrooms and all four bedrooms, however the bunk beds in Bedroom 4 will remain unavailable. This configuration provides one King bed, one Double bed and two Queen beds. Bookings for 9-10 guests include access to one bunk bed. Bookings for 11-12 guests include access to all beds within the home. If you require additional beds outside of your allocated configuration (for example, if guests prefer separate beds), please let us know. We can arrange alternative setups for a small additional fee to ensure the property is prepared to suit your needs. If beds are used above the allocated configurations without notifying us, the relevant fees will be charged to your bond.
