From the hallway, you can easily access a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a large oak table, a comfortable sofa, and a stylish tiled fireplace. 🌅 From the living room, the French doors lead directly to the spacious terrace overlooking the pond and the surrounding nature. The terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture, an electric awning and a grill – the perfect backdrop for summer dinners under the stars. 🔭 A telescope will be available on the terrace, thanks to which – without disturbing light smog – you will discover the beauty of the night sky and the mysterious corners of the universe like never before. 🛏️ Bedroom and Sleeping Two stylishly decorated and comfortable bedrooms await you on the upper floor: Bedroom 1 🛏️🌲💻🪑 Double solid wood bed, desk and chair – perfect for quiet moments or remote work. Bedroom 2 🛏️➕🛋️ Solid wood double bed + full size pull out bed (180x200cm) – great for families or groups. ✨ 🧘🛏️⬇️ On request, 2 mattresses can be prepared on the floor in the bedroom - more suitable for children or adventurous souls. 🚿 The floor also has a modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet. 🎮 Third Bedroom / Basement & Entertainment The basement has a cozy relaxing space with a fireplace, a large TV, and a PS4 game console.
