Laulasmaa Puhkebaas is a cozy place to stay in Laulasmaa, about 29 km from Tallinn. Nearby are the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Finland and pine forests that create a calm atmosphere. There is a hot tub and sauna (extra charge), barbecue area and sports grounds. Guests can play basketball and volleyball, making this place great for both relaxing and active recreation. The house has up to 25 beds — suitable for large families, companies and small events. The space Description of accommodation and amenities • The complex has four rooms with 4 beds, as well as three rooms with 3 beds, equipped with bunk beds. • A spacious dining area is provided for a comfortable stay. • Guests have access to a large hall with a fireplace and a TV, creating a cozy atmosphere. • There is also a terrace and a large area of the complex suitable for recreation and various activities. Guest access Available amenities and areas for guests Guests of the recreation center have access to the entire complex, including: • A spacious area suitable for walking and outdoor activities. • Sports areas equipped with exercise machines and playgrounds. • Comfortable bedrooms equipped with everything you need for your stay. • A shared kitchen where you can cook. • Toilets and shower rooms for convenience and comfort. • A barbecue area designed for outdoor cooking (you must bring your own firewood and charcoal). Sleeping without bed linen is forbidden. You can bring your own or rent it from us. • Hot tub rental — €100 per day (includes one starter package of firewood). • Sauna rental — €120 per day (includes one starter package of firewood). ⸻ 🔥 Firewood • The rental price of the bath or barrel includes one starter package of firewood. The starter kit is designed for ignition and initial heating. • The starter kit is not intended for use throughout the evening. • Additional firewood may be required for full and long-term use. • Extra firewood — €10 per bundle. You can also bring your own. ⸻ 📹 Video surveillance • Video surveillance is carried out on the premises and in the common areas (entrance, parking, corridor, fireplace room, kitchen). • Do not cover, disable, move, or damage the video surveillance equipment. • Interference with the security system is a violation of the accommodation rules. • Cameras are not installed in bedrooms, bathrooms, and other areas with increased privacy. ⸻ ⚠️ Important • The use of brought-in baths, barrels, Jacuzzis, swimming pools and other equipment is prohibited on the premises. • The use of water or electricity of the base for third-party devices is prohibited. • Only equipment provided by the base is allowed. • Please use water wisely. Filling of brought barrels, pools and other equipment is prohibited. • Do not open or use cabinets and rooms designated as service or not intended for common use. ⸻ For long stays • The price includes electricity consumption up to 2500 kWh per month. • Excess is paid additionally according to the actual meter readings. • Installation of additional energy-consuming equipment without approval is prohibited. ⸻ 🔥 Grill and smoking rules 1. Use of the grill • The grill is allowed to be used only in a specially designated place. • You must bring firewood and charcoal with you. • After use, make sure the coals are completely extinguished and the grill is cleaned. 2. Smoking • Smoking is only allowed in the grill area. • Smoking on the terrace, veranda, at the entrance to the house and in any other places on the territory is prohibited. • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. • Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated bin. Violation of smoking rules may result in additional cleaning and compensation deduction. ⸻ 🧹 Before leaving • Collect the bed linen and leave it in the bathroom. • Close all doors and windows. • Turn off the radiators in the rooms and the air conditioner. • During the cold season, leave the radiator in the kitchen at 7°C. • Turn on the Boris-S robot vacuum cleaner.
