The space The kitchen has a stove, fridge, an island with 3 stools, cook to your heart contents while visiting with your family. The dinning room can sit 4 and 3 bar stools, are facing the kitchen. Has full of serving dishes etc. The living room 40 "TV wifi, and sofa also you find a desk for your work. Bedroom 1: has a queen-sized bed, night tables, and dresser facing the main St. Bedroom 2 has a double and night tables and a small corner dresser. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This apartment offers all-inclusive Wi-Fi and parking for 2 cars at the back of the street or in front on Main st. The living room has a sofa and a desk for work office, with a computer screen. Note: No pets allow , No smoking or Vaping inside the house. Must be 10 meters away from the windows, so smoke doesn't linger inside the property. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire second-floor apartment, including the upper balcony—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Please note, the apartment is located above another unit, so you may hear some normal, everyday sounds from below, but nothing that should disturb your stay. Kindly note that the entrance closet and the closet in the washroom are not accessible during your stay. Other things to note This is a second-floor unit accessible only by stairs. Please consider this if you have mobility concerns. -The unit is located above another living space, so you may occasionally hear some normal household sounds from downstairs. Nothing disruptive, just regular daily life. We always do our best to maintain a peaceful environment and appreciate your understanding! Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM—please be respectful of neighbors. Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles are included at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully equipped—guests are welcome to use it, but please clean up after use. A fire extinguisher is under the sink, and a fire blanket is on top of the kitchen Fridge No pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please smoke at least 10 meters away from any windows to prevent smoke from entering. A desk is available in the living room for guests working remotely.
