The space This private detached home features: •Two spacious bedrooms, each boasting a cozy double bed with a plush memory foam mattress designed to give you a deep, restful night’s sleep. •Bright, open dine-in kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to create delicious home-cooked meals. •Cozy living room with a large smart TV and Prime Video— perfect for unwinding in the evenings. •Convenient laundry area located in the basement for your ease during longer stays. Step outside to two inviting back decks, complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ available during the summer months. The paved driveway easily accommodates 2–3 vehicles, and from your outdoor space, you can soak in the serene, peaceful river views. Guest access Full access to home and outdoor space, no access to shed in backyard. Other things to note -Pets are welcome by request—please inquire in advance, as well-behaved pets may be allowed. -Children should be supervised near the river at all times. -The hill down to the river is fairly steep, so please use caution and at your own risk. -Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
