Enjoy staying in this cozy home located on the Wabi River! A quick walk to the downtown core, including the Riverside Place, Curling Arena, Lake Temiskaming and many local restaurants/ shops. River connects directly to OFSC snowmobile trails. This house is in the heart of New Liskeard and is very central yet quiet and peaceful. A great place for those visiting for local events, ice fishing, snowmobiling, those looking to enjoy our picturesque town or the working professional. The space This is a detached home which you will have private access to during your stay. There are two bedrooms. Each room is spacious with a comfortable double bed equipped with a new memory foam mattress to ensure you have a restful sleep. Bright, and open dine-in kitchen with all the appliances you may need to make a nice home cooked meal, stocked with necessary kitchen essentials. Cozy living room with large smart television connected to Netflix so you can watch what you’d like. Laundry located in unfinished basement. Outside you’ll find two back decks with seating and an available BBQ in the summer months. Paved driveway available to accommodate 2-3 vehicles along left side of house. Guest access Full access to home and outdoor space, no access to shed in backyard Other things to note -If you must travel with a pet please inquire, as some well behaved pets may be allowed. -No children near river without adult supervision. -Hill is fairly steep down to the river, please use at your own discretion. -No smoking or vaping inside house at any time.
