Beautiful exposed brick and beams, with a luxurious bed, in a spacious, historic building. This loft has a magnificent kitchen with cabinets galore. The tall windows allow copious natural lighting to illuminate the 1500 sq ft loft. Originally built in 1895, the loft showcases its original brickwork, exposed and restored alongside custom, elegant woodwork. The original hayloft doors, long ago bricked in on the south wall of the apartment, have been delicately reproduced. The space We also have a second loft apartment available in the same building! Check out my profile to see our other properties. It's only 20 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), 30 minutes to Downtown Detroit, and 40 minutes to Canada! Don't forget to grab your passport or enhanced Driver's License if you wish to visit Canada. A public EV charger is located in the parking lot for your convenience. Please note that it is not owned or maintained by us, and guests use it at their own discretion. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of the locked cabinet in the closet. Other things to note There is no elevator in this building, only stairs. There are 19 stairs to get up to the apartment. There are 2 doors to enter this apartment. One at ground level, into a foyer. As well as a second door at the top of the stairs, at the entrance to the loft. A public EV charger is located in the parking lot for your convenience. We do not have a pack and play or high chair in this apartment. 24Luxe Beauty Bar is the business that operates on the first floor of the building. They do fantastic work, and are generally not very loud. Feel free to check them out and book some services if you wish!
