Welcome to our spacious and modernly designed apartment, which is located on 75 m² on the ground floor of our private house. Enjoy the magnificent view of the picturesque Flöhatal valley and be enchanted by the quiet location. The space Welcome to our modern and quiet apartment in the heart of the idyllic Flöha Valley! Our spacious, approx. 75 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of our private house and offers you a fantastic view of the picturesque Flöhatal. The combination of comfort, stylish furnishings and a location close to nature makes it the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation, active vacationers and families. Living area & kitchen: The light-flooded living room (approx. 22 m²) invites you to relax with a cozy sofa area (incl. sleeping function for the 4th person or on request with extra bed) to relax. A separate dining area and a modern living room wall with 32-inch smart TV complete the ambience. Directly adjacent is the spacious kitchen (about 16 m²) with a cozy dining area. The fully equipped fitted kitchen offers everything your heart desires: ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and numerous useful kitchen utensils for daily comfort. Bedrooms & bathrooms: The bedroom (also about 16 m²) is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and another single bed – also ideal for families with children. Two modern bathrooms provide extra comfort: – Bathroom 1: with bathtub, washbasin and electric underfloor heating – Bathroom 2: with shower, sink and toilet Facilities & extras: The entire apartment is equipped with electric shutters. Right outside your door you can park comfortably in your own parking space with a separate entrance. From here you can also reach the adjacent garden area – perfect for relaxing hours in the countryside. For your bicycles, motorcycles or other equipment, there is a lockable storage room (about 20 m²) in the outbuilding. Bikers welcome! Motorcyclists are particularly welcome here! A lockable bike garage is of course available to you free of charge. And best of all: around our house there are fantastic tours through the Erzgebirge mountains – a true paradise for two-wheeler enthusiasts! Guest access Privacy & outdoor area: A special highlight of our apartment is the spacious garden that is completely part of the apartment – ideal for sunbathing, relaxing or for cozy hours outdoors. Here you can enjoy your time out in a quiet atmosphere with lots of privacy. Your own parking space is located directly on the property and is easily accessible via a separate entrance. From there, you can also access your apartment directly via your own entrance. The apartment is located on the left side of our house and is completely enclosed – it is used exclusively by you. So you have your own personal retreat, independent and undisturbed. Nestled in gentle hills, dense forests and wide meadows, our region is a true natural paradise for those seeking relaxation, those interested in culture and active vacationers alike. Olbernhau and its surroundings invite you to extensive exploration with numerous hiking and biking trails, quiet paths and scenic tours. In the immediate vicinity, highlights such as the famous toy village of Seiffen, the wildly romantic Pobershau and the traditional mountain towns of Freiberg, Marienberg and Annaberg-Buchholz await – perfect destinations for day trips with historical flair. A very special cultural-historical gem is right on our doorstep: the museum ensemble "Saigerhütte" in Olbernhau-Grünthal. This globally unique complex of historical buildings and facilities of non-ferrous metallurgy is an impressive testimony to the mining past of the Erzgebirge - and is one of the important stops on the way to the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Montanregion Erzgebirge". If you want to immerse yourself in the history, craftsmanship and way of life of the region, the Museum am Markt is the place to be. Designed with a lot of love for detail, it shows the creativity, diligence and craftsmanship of the people who have shaped the Erzgebirge for generations.
