Centrally located. West end Prescott. This 3rd Floor Private Apartment with 2Bedrms, 1Bath atop our century home is quiet and spacious. Minutes to Riverwalk, Kelly's Beach, downtown Prescott and Scuba park. Beautiful 180' tree top views of St. Lawrence River and surrounding area from focal point: “The Look-Out” windows. Freshly painted and refurbished with new Queen in primary and Double bed in 2nd bdrm. Equipped kitchen (no dw), 4 seat dining room, den with 40' smart tv. Please see photos. The space This 2 bedroom apartment is the top floor of our century home with private entry. The exterior stairs go up to entrance doors and deck. Once inside, there is another set of stairs up to top floor. Bedrooms are on either side when you enter top floor, hallway with bathroom on the left and closets on right. There are extra bath towel sets, blankets and beach towels in large hall closet. Kitchen, dining room and den are at front side of house. May-October we install an a/c units in both bedrooms and front dining room with fans around apartment to move air around. Windows can be opened to enjoy fresh air. We provide a few bottles of water but the tap water is perfectly safe to drink. Complimentary coffee, tea and some snacks. Enjoy! Guest access Guests have a small private deck with sitting area for 2 just outside the apartment door at the top of the exterior steps.
