Enjoy a long term stay at our cozy, modern space! Perfect for 1-2 people to live while working in the area. Close to York hospital and only 20 minutes to Lancaster hospital. The space This is a very peaceful location, with deer and wildlife, woods and yard surrounding the apartment. Ideal Fit: Individuals coming for work, and want to come home to a serene relaxing evening. The space offers perfect peace and quiet during quiet hours. Our Projected Quiet Times: 5:00 PM-8:00 AM Not Ideal Fit: Individual coming for a perfectly quiet space all day. You will hear noise from us doing maintenance to the property, including but not limited to yard mowing/mowers etc. Not a great fit for infants and children, as this is not a stand alone house and is a studio space with no separated bedroom. Guest access The apartment is all yours, and guests also have access to walking trails and yard surrounding the apartment. Other things to note We accept small hypoallergenic pets.
