And also receive a starter hamper pack with all 5 night stays. 4 night stays qualify for a 15% discount and 3 night stays receive a 10% discount. A spacious 2/3 bedroom, 6 berth static caravan. Suitable for 2 adults in a new double bed (please note, the previous bed was a small double so this has reduced the space around the bed) and also a new TV and then 4 children in single beds (2 x twins) can be accommodated, these beds are quite narrow and may not be suitable for adults. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE HOUSE RULES AND REQUESTS BEFORE YOU BOOK TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE. A very well equipped kitchen which includes the usual appliances - microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and also includes an air fryer. The caravan park remains open all year round, all of the site facilities open on 13th Feb until early November 2026 and passes can be obtained from the site reception. The caravan is heated with a gas fire and blow heaters in each bedroom, these are very effective in keeping the van cosy and toasty. There's also two portable oil filled radiators. There's a dehumidifier that blows out warm air, and the main shower room has a large heated towel rail which once warmed up will keep the room comfortable whilst you shower. A small charcoal barbecue is also now available, charcoal isn't provided or sold on site but is available to purchase locally in Whitley Bay. In built speakers to be connected by a USB C cable (provided) to your smartphone to play your tunes from your device. IMPORTANT LOCATION INFORMATION It is also worth noting that the caravan is located alongside the A193 Blyth to Whitley Bay road, this does generate traffic noise, mostly throughout the day with the odd car through the night. If you seek peace and quiet during the day, this will impact your stay, if you're out and about all lot, you should be ok. I do strive to achieve a 5* review for my van and feel it's only right you are aware of this so that your review isn't impacted by the location. Any bookings for 2-3 persons will see the small bedroom locked off, bookings for 4 persons will have this room opened if the children require their own bedroom. It may not always be possible to open this room if a booking is made within 48 hours of arrival due to storing personal goods in here. Please feel free to message me if you require any clarification. SPECIAL NOTE. Any booking made for any dates between 13th to 17th March 2027 can only be for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Only a double bed and 2 singles will be available due to one bedroom being locked to store planned maintenance equipment. Any booking received for this date for more occupancy will have to unfortunately be rejected. Other things to note I don't live in the area so always need to confirm bookings to ensure that a suitable changeover can occur. There maybe occasions when I can't accept a booking if I'm at home or on holiday and the van hasn't been set up adequately for your potential party. All booking requests must be made at least before 3pm on the day BEFORE arrival. Please note that there are external CCTV cameras in use 24/7 covering all around the outside of the van for insurance and security purposes. If you aren't prepared to have this system in operation, please choose an alternative accommodation. Parkdean also require the following rules to be followed. Without limiting your obligations above, your holiday home cannot be let to: • Anyone who will commute regularly from the holiday home to their place of work. • An all-male or an all-female party of more than 4 people. • A party where all the people are under the age of 18. • A party where the total number of people in the party exceeds the maximum sleeping capacity of your holiday home. If found to be breaching these rules, you may be removed from site and no refund given.
