The Accommodation Located on the ground floor of a charming house, just 1 km (0.6 miles) from the historic center of Lavaur, in a very quiet area, not overlooked, and surrounded by greenery. This cozy and welcoming room is sure to win you over: Equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200), a desk with two chairs, flat screen TV with access to all channels (international, sports, cinema, canal+, youth, etc.) as well as all films, a wardrobe, a large mirror, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, plates and cutlery. The bedroom also benefits from a private bathroom equipped with shower and sink, as well as a private toilet separate from the bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are outside the bedroom and accessible via the common areas. Tastefully furnished, and offering all comforts, it is perfect for anyone who dreams of a moment of calm and relaxation in a soothing environment. An outdoor access with a terrace in the shade of a large magnolia will give you the perfect setting to have an outside meal or just enjoy the good weather. We can advise you on the nice hikes to do in the surrounding area, the many outdoor activities, as well as the interesting outings and activities to do nearby. Guest access The LE CÈDRE bedroom is located on the ground floor of our house, next to a studio that we also offer for rent (Studio le Magnolia). These two rental units have a separate entrance that is independent from the rest of our house. Outside, you have access to the terrace. The back of the house and the garden are private. During your stay You will be able to contact us by phone or message. We'll be upstairs if you need us. Other things to note Two garbage cans are available for sorting: plastic and cardboard in one garbage can and garbage in the other. An ironing board and iron will be available upon request. We can also lend you board games and books if you are interested, also on request.
