Villa on the hills in the Marche region is located in the beautiful position of the Pesaro hills, 7 km from the city center and the sea. This villa is the ideal place for your holidays in Italy. On the ground floor: living room, dining room, large kitchen, dressing room and bathroom with shower. On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. To communicate the two floors there is an internal wooden staircase but, as you can see from the photos, we have also kept the very old external staircase that belonged to the house already at the time of construction. The external doors of the windows and the large windows have remained those of the time, ancient, also renovated, but without distorting their shape. Surrounding the house is a large fenced garden, ideal for letting children play safely. Tastefully furnished, you can find some antique furniture. Although there is another villa behind the house, all the rooms open their windows to the wide countryside, and the garden. Guest access IT IS ESSENTIAL TO RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIME SLOT OF 3:00 P.M./4:00 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT BY 9:30 A.M. Unfortunately, we have no other availability due to work. Other things to note Located in a strategic point for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Marche countryside, while going to the beach every day and is a great starting point for visiting art and historical places such as Urbino, Gradara etc. Also in the immediate vicinity, a 2-minute walk, a grocery store and about 15 minutes by car, you get to the beautiful city of Pesaro. Ours is a house in the countryside, in the middle of nature, so you can find yourself in front of animals of all kinds, more or less cute :) it is likely that some insects can enter the house, with doors and windows open, maybe some butterflies, sometimes even birds dragged by the sun that enters the large door of the living room.
