Charming 2 bed 1 bath *Extended Stay*

This is a fully private 2 bedroom unit that is part of a larger triplex. This unit is designed for extended stays and is nestled in a quiet suburb of Dayton. This unit is designed for extended (>30 day) stays with full dining room, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room with pull out couch. We absolutely love how it turned out, and hope you will to. The space Each room is spacious and well thought out in design. There are stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms as well as the bathroom. Guest access This unit has private access with smart-lock, sharing only the porch and back yard. Washer and dryer are all yours, as well as every room you seen in the photos. Other things to note The trash is behind the detached garage. I would recommend taking the sidewalk, our trash cans are labeled for each unit. This unit also has blinds on all windows. They are just missing from the photos. We will provide the following: 2 x Rolls of Paper Towels 3 x Rolls of Toilet Paper Limited supply of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash Limited supply Trash Bags Limited supply of Hand Soap, Dish Soap, and Laundry Detergent Guests will need to purchase any extras if needed during your stay.
