Tiny home in Wichita

This home features unique Wichita touches and is spacious, with ~300sqft that lives BIG with an open floorplan. Nestled within a working RV park surrounded by mature trees — guests who love a nature-connected experience will feel right at home, just minutes from all things Wichita. We can accommodate 1 child, but have only the queen bed and regular sofa. Pack and play can be added by request. Dogs must be under 30Ibs and friendly. NO Smoking inside please. The space The goal of this property was to curate a welcoming and cozy space for everyone by ensuring it is accessible to our handicapped guests. Once inside, you will see the kitchen with its Wichita themed countertop, gas range/oven and washer/dryer. You will notice the on demand water heater allowing for extended time in the fully tiled shower. It’s wheelchair friendly and HUGE. It’s truly a two person shower. The bedroom offers a wonderful queen size memory foam mattress for excellent rest. The coffee table extends to become a workstation or table for eating. We offer fast, free Wi-Fi. Trains run by the area, it can be loud outside, but inside we used rock wool insulation to deaden the sound. Up to 2 Dogs are allowed with the reservation. They must be friendly, picked up after and under 30lbs. Not disclosing a pet is a $100 fee. There will be a $200 fee for smoking in the unit. Guest access Guests will have full private use of the home and porch. Parking for 1 car is in front of the unit. We have a dog park located along the southern border of the RV park. Other things to note The home is located within our RV Park and offers a great location with easy access to Wichita and awesome neighbors!
