Bright double room with private bathroom in a calm and friendly home. The house is clean and has peaceful vibes — perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby trails and nature. You will share the cozy spaces with a sociable host (and sometimes my partner) and are welcomed to use the kitchen and appliances. You will have fast Wi-Fi, free off-street parking and flexible check-in prior agreement. *** Only females and couples will be confirmed and allowed to stay *** The space The house is a spacious three-storey home with plenty of natural light and comfortable living areas. Ground Floor: You'll find a convenient guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essential cooking utensils, and a bright open-plan living and dining area. The living room features a large six-seater sofa and a TV, making it a great spot to relax. From here, you can access both the front garden seating area and the rear patio, which also has a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying meals or a drink outdoors. First Floor: This floor includes a dedicated office (where I work), a private bathroom with a bath and an internal lock—this bathroom will be exclusively for your use during your stay—and the guest double bedroom. The bedroom is bright and welcoming, furnished with a brand-new bed and mattress, curtains, a chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe for your storage needs. Third Floor: The top floor is the only are we will not share since is my bedroom. Guest access I will give you a key to the house when you arrive for you to get in and out at your convenience. You are welcome to use all the shared spaces in the house. During your stay I work from home quite often, so I am available to support and help with anything you may need during your visit. You are always welcomed give me a call if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note I will provide standard-quality bed linens and towels along with basic essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, cleaning products, and toilet paper. If you have specific preferences, allergies, or requirements, you’re very welcome to bring your own to ensure maximum comfort. I’m committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that this is a family home, not a dedicated holiday accommodation, hence the facilities may differ slightly from those of a professional hospitality business.
