It is a fully air-conditioned studio house with an area of 38 sq.m., within walking distance of the beach. The house is located on the first floor in a complex of two independent holiday homes. On its terrace there is a pergola with a wooden shade for dense shade and cool hours of reverie, against the background of the unparalleled beauty of the sea and the picturesque place from which it is surrounded. The space The studio house is on the beach of Naoussa, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, famous for its sand lilies during the month of August, in a bay that is quite sheltered from the wind, where you can moor your boat. The port (Merichas) is a 15-minute drive away, while Chora (the capital) with shops and entertainment facilities (cafes, restaurants, etc.) is only 10 minutes away. Guest access Access is very easy! It is 11 km by asphalt road from Merichas (main port) and only 6 km from Chora of the island. Other things to note The house is fully air-conditioned with Air Conditioning.
