Tourism ni approved This is a very relaxed house and guests are welcome to make themselves at home here. Town is a 10 min walk. Riverside walk nearby. It's a very quiet area and guests are free to use the garden and I am here to help in any way I can. There are no cleaning fees or any other fee to be added on to price advertised. The space I have 2 rooms available, a double and a single. All solo travelers can avail of the single room. It's unfair to be charged for a double room if you are travelling alone, I know, I've been there!! I have a garage to store bicycles or kayaks or anything else too. The rooms are in a 3 bedroom semi detached house. it's a really quiet cul de sac, and only a 10min stroll to town. All guests are welcome to relax and make themselves at home, feel free to watch tv or use the kitchen or garden. There is also free wifi. There is a river, 5 mins from property , with a riverside walk and u can stroll down to watch the salmon leap. You can also be anywhere in the north of ireland in an hour! the local scenery is beautiful, set in the foothills of the sperrins. there is lots to see and do, with alot of important ancient sites in the immediate locality. there is kayaking, mountain climbing, hill walking, coasteering, mountain biking and lots more available and i can arrange trips for you. I have an extensive knowledge of the local area and around the rest of the country so lots of tips on where to go and what to see. I welcome short term and long term visitors. Guest access All amenities in the house. Free use of kitchen , bathroom and separate toilet upstairs solely for guest use. wifi, hair dryer, straightners! Full use of kitchen. tell me what u like to eat and supplies can be bought. A cooked breakfast is also available if required. There is also use of the garden when the weather permits! It is a lovely sheltered spot to relax and read or with a glass of wine During your stay This is my home is I will be here when guests arrive and leave. I do work but I can be here anytime guests arrive. there are dogs and cats which live here. Guest are welcome to relax and enjoy the space. If there is anything you need , just ask!!
