The space The apartment of 60 mq is situated on two floors, it is composed of one bedroom and it can comfortably accommodate 2/3 people: - On the ground floor you will be welcomed by the living room with one sofa-bed and the TV; the living area with a kitchen equipped with oven and microwave oven; a washing machine; a bathroom with shower; - Upstairs you will find a double bedroom in the open space of the mezzanine above the living area; a small walk-in closet with a safe box. The apartment is located about 150 m. from the Palanca pier.
