The kitchen has a powerful blender, high wattage microwave, large oven, and many other amenities! Relax in the unique, custom tile bathrooms you'll have to see to believe, and marvel at the sparkling recessed lighting throughout - you'll see what we mean! The master bedroom is furnished with a pillowy queen-size bed, built-in desk, lighted reading nook, and an antique Indonesian mahogany armoire. The second and third bedrooms are furnished for children/teens, with bunkbeds and ample clothes storage in both. The condominium is a single-level unit located on the ground floor. It sleeps 6 comfortably. The home is artistically decorated throughout with an ocean and beach theme. The wood-look tile is distressed, resembling the Hueneme Pier just steps away, and beach pebble tile seems to flow through the lovely tile compositions in every room. The home features a full-size in-house stacked washer and dryer. When you're not on the beach or in the pool, you can recline and watch television or movies on a 50in LCD TV in the living room. The TV is powered by Roku, so bring your Netflix passport for an evening wind down. The home is outfitted with wifi and wired Ethernet throughout, and in-ceiling music in the master suite. Need to do a little work between walks on the beach? The condo features highspeed Internet, color laser printing, fax, scanning, and a telephone with unlimited calling in the US. The condominium complex is meticulously well kept, with on-site management, ensuring a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing living space, free from the usual beach ruckus. It features two large swimming pools and two in-ground Jacuzzis with tables and chairs provided for relaxation, outdoor eating, or soaking up the sun. One of the pools is heated year-round, and both are heated during the summer months. There is also a clubhouse with a small kitchen and library for entertaining with friends. The neighbors are friendly, helpful, and quiet. If you brought your all-electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, you can plug in and recharge on one of ten ChargePoint vehicle chargers on site! The patio features a lovely view of the beach and pier, and you can listen to the waves rolling onto the shore as you sip a refreshing drink. The dining table is not shown, but can be set up to seat 6. We typically eat at the kitchen island for easy serving and cleanup, but the dining table and chairs can be quickly set up if desired. The complex features a clubhouse, available for gatherings at a small rental fee. Guest access Access is via an electronic keypad. Keys to the pool, vehicle gate, and pedestrian gates are available inside the condo.
