This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (plus children), The master bedroom has a large queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, and there is also one floor mattress and 2 airbeds available for the living room. The family bathroom is modern, with a full in shower over bath. Princes Street and George Street, packed with designer and high street shops, cocktail bars, and restaurants, are just one mile from the apartment. The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and the Old Town are around 1.5 miles away and easily accessible by the number 23, 27, 9 or 8 bus. Stockbridge, a local village-like district is a few minutes away, and the Royal Botanic Gardens are just around the corner. The immediate local area has plenty of cafes, coffee shops, delis, and art galleries, and there is a large Tesco just a few minutes' walk away. There is an energy meter in the hallway of the flat so you can monitor usage during your stay. Normal daily usage should be in the range of 5-8GBP per day. The side next to the flat is for residence permit holders only. The opposite side next to the park is pay & display parking from 8:30am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and free at other times. Tickets can be purchased from the meter or with the ringgo app. The nearest free parking is on Ferry Rd approx 15 mins walk.
