Next to the lovely Royal Botanical gardens, quiet street but close to cafe's. Walk to town or take the bus- stop for 23, 27, 9 & 8 is close by The space This Eildon St flat is a truly fantastic apartment, in an amazing location. With two bedrooms, a beautiful view, and all the amenities you need this apartment is perfect for your trip to Edinburgh. The large living room features a Chesterfield leather sofa and chairs, a coffee table, The fully fitted kitchen/dining room is well equipped to help you rustle up some treats or cook dinner. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (plus children), The master bedroom has a large queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, and there is also one floor mattress and 2 airbeds available for the living room. The family bathroom is modern, with a full in shower over bath. Princes Street and George Street, packed with designer and high street shops, cocktail bars, and restaurants, are just one mile from the apartment. The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and the Old Town are around 1.5 miles away and easily accessible by the number 23, 27, 9 or 8 bus. Stockbridge, a local village-like district is a few minutes away, and the Royal Botanic Gardens are just around the corner. The immediate local area has plenty of cafes, coffee shops, delis, and art galleries, and there is a large Tesco just a few minutes' walk away. There is an energy meter in the hallway of the flat so you can monitor usage during your stay. Normal daily usage should be in the range of 5-8GBP per day. This is based on maintaining a normal room temperature of 18-20 degrees. Guest access You have access to the entire flat. Other things to note Parking Eildon St is in Zone N2. The side next to the flat is for residence permit holders only. The opposite side next to the park is pay & display parking from 8:30am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and free at other times. Tickets can be purchased from the meter or with the ringgo app. The nearest free parking is on Ferry Rd approx 15 mins walk.
