A brand new home, built in a peaceful, tucked away place, in a well facilitated village. Ideally centrally located for exploring lots of beautiful Cornwall 15 minutes minimum to the calm seas, beaches, coves and fishing villages of the South Coast, 25/30 minutes minimum to the beautiful sandy beaches and waves of the North Coast Pet friendly and equipped with everything you need for your stay. If you need, we are a family run business on hand to help, otherwise enjoy a peaceful stay. The space This home sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms, 9 should you be happy to use a sofa bed in the lounge area. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have double beds, bedside tables, and clothes racks for hanging clothes. Bedroom 3 has a triple bunk (single bed on top, double on the bottom, bedside table and clothed rack for hanging clothes. Along with the 3 bedrooms upstairs there is a bathroom with a toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower. Downstairs is another toilet, sink and a shower cubicle. The main downstairs area is spacious and open plan. There is a large dining table, sofas and tv lounge area, and the kitchen which has a breakfast bar and stools. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine off the kitchen. Patio doors lead out to a decked area with outside table and chairs and steps leading down to a small grassed garden and trees. The house is newly built, well presented, decorated with local pictures and equipped with everything you need. We are sure that you will be happy and comfortable here and able to enjoy your time exploring beautiful Cornwall from this lovely base.
