Everything in the inside is updated with new furniture and beds! Large backyard with a 2 story dock. Ready to fish on. Enjoy the fire pit or backyard patio. Don’t miss those beautiful sunsets and nature that includes deer, beavers, ducks, pelicans and geese. Most common fish is crappy, catfish, small and large mouth bass. Guest access Guest are welcome to all of the rooms and property except the storage room in living and carport shed storage area. Unfortunately the Hot Tub/Spa and Boat are not available for guest. Guest are welcome to use the dock for fishing, enjoyment. If you own or rent a water craft or boat, you are welcome to tie down on dock. Other things to note Lake level is excellent. 85 percent full as of 10/2/2025. Hot Tub, Boat are owners and not available to guest. Guest are welcome to dock there boats against dock, use the dock for fishing or enjoyment. Second story dock is also available to guest.
