The Coach House is a stylish retreat in a peaceful North Devon valley, once servicing the Victorian Rectory next door. Enjoy stunning views from the hot tub or relax on the terrace. There's even a private padel court for active guests! Inside, you'll find a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Upstairs, two kings and a twin room sleep 6 guests. The master has an ensuite and the others share a sleek bathroom with a luxurious freestanding bath and shower. Private driveway parking com Guest access Guests will have access to the coach house, its terrace and the adjacent parking area and padel court. Please be aware, the adjoining Old Rectory is accessed via the same driveway. This is also bookable if you would like complete privacy. Other things to note Outdoor parties are strictly forbidden, including any day guests. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the local residents are particularly sensitive to noise. They will alert the property manager if this is not complied with. The padel court usage hours are restricted to: The Coach House - 10 am to 1 pm The Old Rectory - 1 pm to 4 pm. If you would like to use it in the slot for the other property, please get in touch, and we will let you know whether it is available. The staircase is quite steep and open. The property therefore isn't suitable for those with babies of crawling age or toddlers. It might also not be well suited for those with mobility limitations. Pets are strictly prohibited due to a severe allergy of the owners.
