West coast family villa near beach and activities

Distinctive house built in 1904 originally as a school, today with a modern interior. Excellent location in a family-friendly environment in the center of Haverdal, 15 km north of Halmstad. Coastal village with a well-sorted grocery store, lovely beach, nice marina and popular golf course. In and around Haverdal there are restaurants, cafes, walking/cycling trails and the former stone quarry Skallen with extensive views of the Halland coast. The space Ground floor: large welcoming hall, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with toilet, laundry room and TV/living room. Large garden. Covered patio and barbecue area on the south side with both morning and evening sun. Upstairs: four bedrooms, toilet/shower, work area and a small living room. Other: Parking on the north side of the house with space for 3-4 cars. Two bicycles are available to borrow, as well as balls, cube game and some toys. Bed linen must be brought by the guest unless otherwise agreed upon before arrival. Guest access Full access except for two smaller storage rooms, some storage lockers and garage.
