The space The house is accessed via a ramp and steps, leading into a tranquil private courtyard. Parking is available in front of and next to a single garage, which is mainly used for storage. The house consists of one large living, dining and kitchen swing which flows out onto a large semi shaded veranda with a lounge and dining area which can seat 10 people. The veranda boasts a large braai facility and flows out onto a lawned area on one side and a sun drenched tanning courtyard on the other side. A funky corridor links the living wing with the bedroom wing. This space also acts as a library and display area with a circular window seat for chilling and reading on one side and another circular window looking into the quite tranquil courtyard. The bedroom wing consists of 3 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size extra length bed with a full en suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. The bedroom corridor has direct access to the tanning courtyard. All linen and towelling are included. The house is fitted with an alarm system and outdoor cameras.
