With its enclosed garden and private parking, this house is perfect for a stay that combines relaxation and convenience. Everything is within walking distance: shops, sports field, swimming pool (open in summer). Close to various activities (hiking, trail running, mountain biking, fishing, golf, climbing, tree climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, kite...). The space "Chez Tata Malou" is a welcoming and functional house, carefully arranged to offer a comfortable stay for both guests and remote workers. It is located in Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, close to shops and amenities in the village. The 65 m² (698 sq ft) house (excluding the garage) offers a practical and bright layout, with: • A side entrance with a large closet/wardrobe serving all the rooms, • A well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo Switch coffee maker pods or filter, kettle, toaster) open to the living room, • A warm living room with a 2-seat leather sofa, 3 fabric armchairs, smart TV with Blu-Ray player, • Two quiet bedrooms overlooking the rear of the house, each with a double bed (140 cm) and storage (wardrobe or dresser), • Bathroom with bathtub, • A separate toilet The layout of the rooms on one level and the full amenities, such as the kitchen and laundry room, make it convenient and comfortable for all ages. The 18m2 garage, too narrow for a vehicle, is ideal for storing bicycles, sports equipment or luggage. It also includes a washing machine, sink, and hanging rack (an outdoor extension is also located at the back of the house). Fiber 💻 wifi in the whole house. 🌿 Outside: The garden is fully fenced, and the paved courtyard allows two vehicles to park inside, plus one in front of the gate.
