Description

Cozy king-bed suite with a private ensuite bathroom, just 3 minutes from Starved Rock State Park! Nestled in a house with 3 other units, this retreat offers comfort and convenience. There is no shared space in the building other than the hallway to get to your unit. It is located on the 1st floor of the building. Relax in the shared courtyard with firepits or explore downtown North Utica, only a block away, with charming shops and dining. Perfect for a nature getaway or a peaceful escape! The space The Mountain Lodge room is part of Landers House and Lodging, a 9 unit vacation rental property near Starved Rock and located in downtown North Utica, IL. Our building has lots of charm but, as an older property, some sound may travel between units. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise and appreciate your understanding! Guest access You will enter the unit through a shared main door and then a private door to your room. The guest may also access the shared court yard in the back which has 5 firepits. Firewood is provided during our busy season (May to November).
