The space Main floor features: - 4 cozy bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet & sink, 1 with shower & sink) - A stylish, fully-equipped open kitchen with a modern dining area - Spacious living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV - Strong Wi-Fi throughout Stairs lead to a private *laundry area* in the basement, with a washer and dryer and water softener. Note: The remaining part of the basement has a separate entrance and is reserved for occasional owner visits. This area is not accessible to guests. Step outside to enjoy the lush private garden, complete with a gazebo and jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests also have access to two outdoor parking spaces. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the upper part of town, the villa is just a 10-minute walk to the beach and historic La Neuveville center. The area is peaceful, family-friendly, and ideal for unwinding. Please note: - No loud outdoor parties - Non-smoking property La Neuveville is in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and sits on the shores of Lake Biel. There are scenic boat tours to Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Murten. The location s perfect for swimming, hiking, and biking, with restaurants, shops, and vineyards nearby. Guest access Guests can use he entire main floor (4BR, 1.5BA), the laundry room (washer and dryer), the garden, the gazebo, the jacuzzi, 2 outdoor parking spaces. Note: The remaining part of the basement has a separate entrance and is reserved for occasional owner visits. This area is not accessible to guests. Other things to note There’s no air conditioning in the house, but we provide tower fans to help keep things cool when needed. We also offer a travel crib (suitable for 0–36 months) and a folding high chair for your convenience.
