This charming cottage is the perfect retreat for families and couples who want to combine nature, wellness and comfort. With a spacious area of 100 m², the house offers enough space for up to 4 people on two floors. The cozy accommodation impresses with its open space concept, which highlights an open kitchen open to the living room. Here you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy cozy evenings at the circular dining table with a view. The fully equipped kitchen has modern amenities, including induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and a fridge-freezer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition to a sofa corner with a comfortable sofa, the living area also offers a large TV for relaxing movie nights. Through the large windows you not only enjoy a bright, friendly atmosphere, but also an exceptionally good landscape view. This also applies to the two bedrooms upstairs, which are equipped with cozy double beds (single mattresses), electric shutters and built-in wardrobes, making it ideal for a good night's sleep. In the cottage you will find two bathrooms equipped with floor-level showers. The wellness bath on the ground floor is additionally equipped with a bathtub and a large sauna, perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. The upstairs shower room with a large roof window also offers plenty of space with toilet, washbasin, shower and hairdryer. Garden furniture is available on the large terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The garden also offers a sunbathing area and a private dock with boat mooring and great seating, ideal for boat lovers and exploring on the water. In front of the house facing south you will also find a small beach chair, ideal to enjoy the sun in perfect orientation. In front of the house, there are two car parking spaces and a large garden house with electricity for your bicycles. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. The house is mostly tiled, high-quality vinyl is laid in the bedrooms. The main windows are equipped with screens and pleats. Free WiFi is available. We do not guarantee full availability and sufficient speed. Note: The property is located directly on the Siel. It is not fenced and access to the water is not secured. (Small) children should not go into the garden unattended. Children in particular should be able to swim safely. No liability is assumed for personal injury. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. The neighboring house is "Lieblingsplatz am Siel" or the accommodations "Kleine Auszeit 23", "Sieltied", "TiefBlick" and "Zweite Heimat" on the other side, should you need more space. The location is perfect for exploring the charming Greetsiel, which captivates with historic buildings, picturesque windmills, and pretty canals. Enjoy walks by the river or in the surrounding landscape conservation area.
