There's even a quiet reading room and a fantastic garden so you can really spend your time here as you wish. Chipping Campden is a popular choice for days out. The space Hidden away in this quiet corner of the Cotswolds you have both the idyllic countryside and the bustle of village life on your doorstep. Vine Cottage provides the ideal base for exploring, but you may find it difficult to tear yourself away from this fabulous house. Staying here is a real treat and you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. There is so much to discover, starting from the living room which is flooded with light. The large sofa calls for you to sink into it as the fire crackles. The most important part of a family holiday is being able to spend time together, and Vine Cottage provides this in abundance. A dining table seats eight with ease and there's extra room in the kitchen if the children want their own space while still being nearby. French doors open out from the kitchen and dining room making this a fantastic spot in the summer months as you let in the fresh air. Head to the reading room for a more personal conversation or just for an after dinner drink and flick through a magazine. Across the first and second floor the bedrooms are divine. Each has a simple elegance with a TV and plenty of storage, two even have their own en-suite. Outside the ease of space continues. Children and pets will love the lawned garden and there's a BBQ and table and chairs if you fancy an al fresco feast. With parking for up to five cars, everything you could need is here! Ground Floor Utility/Boot Room As soon as you arrive at Vine Cottage you will be surprised by the space. Even the boot room is generous with storage space and laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer. Living Room The hub of the home - the living room is made for relaxing, talking, watching films, playing board games and enjoying the ambience of the open fire. The muted tones set the scene and it is fabulously filled with light. Dining Room Seating eight, the dining room opens out to the garden letting you bring the outdoors in. Set the table for a meal of local produce before lingering over a bottle of wine long into the evening. Kitchen At the end of the house, the kitchen has everything you will need. An AGA is available (October-March) and an electric oven/hob are on hand when cooking a family meal and there's plenty of space to store all the delicious produce you pick up in the area. With a breakfast table and door out to the garden this is a lovely spot. Reading Room This peaceful room has seating for two, ideal for a romantic evening drink together or for spending some time engrossed in your current read. Full of character there is a decorative fireplace and shelving filled with curios. Cloakroom Just before the staircase is a handy cloakroom with a WC and basin. First Floor Bedroom One Relax in the king-size bed in the master bedroom, looking out across the quiet street. Each bedroom here has a smart TV and lots of storage space so you can pack your suitcase away. The beds can be arranged as two singles if this better suits your group. En-Suite In the generous en-suite you find a bath, separate shower, WC and basin. This is the larger of the en-suites and you can retreat here for a moment of rest and relaxation with a bubble bath. Bedroom Two Similar in style to bedroom one, this room also has a king-size bed which can be arranged as a twin if required. There is a smart TV, large wardrobe, and charm is added in the exposed beams and arched doorway into the en-suite. En-Suite Surrounding you in luxurious marbled tiling, the en-suite has a shower, WC and basin. Bathroom The main bathroom will be used by guests staying in the rooms on the second floor. There is a bath, separate shower, WC and basin. Second Floor Bedroom Three Up on the top floor, bedroom three is the final double room with a king-size bed which can be changed to twin beds if required. Sitting beneath the sloped ceiling this is a lovely hideaway. Bedroom Four Two single beds sit each side of a shared wardrobe and there is a bedside table each and smart TV. This room is beneath the eaves with exposed beams and a view across the quiet street. Outside Cherish time spent together in the enclosed garden which has a lawn and dining area. Fill up the BBQ for a feast or spend a quiet moment here in the morning with a cup of coffee. Parking for up to five cars is available on the driveway. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garden. Other things to note • Book with us to get exclusive discounts to top attractions and experiences. • 3 well-behaved dogs are permitted at the cottage for an additional fee. • Unfortunately, this property does not permit hen and stag parties, party groups, or all adult groups under the age of 25. This property is ideal for family groups. • Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted. • The AGA will be on at all times between 1st October – 31st March but will be off during the summer months to avoid the room becoming uncomfortably warm. There is also a conventional oven and induction hob in the kitchen. • There is some reduced head height on the second floor, please take care. • Please note, if you would like bedroom one, two or three to be arranged as a twin, please contact us directly 7 days before arrival.
