The Accommodation Located on the ground floor of a charming house just 1 km from the historic center of Lavaur, in a very quiet area, not overlooked, overlooking a field, surrounded by greenery, this elegant and cozy accommodation will charm you: Consisting of a cozy bedroom area equipped with a large double bed and a wardrobe, with a view of a large magnolia tree, a living room area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, cooktop and microwave oven, and a bathroom with shower and toilet, the studio offers all the comforts of a modern and quiet accommodation. In the living room area, you will have access to all the channels (international, sports, cinema, Canal+, kids, etc.) as well as all the movies on a flat-screen TV. Tastefully furnished and offering every comfort, it is suitable for weekly stays. Outdoor access with a terrace in the shade of the magnolia will offer you the perfect setting to have a meal outside or simply enjoy the beautiful weather. Breakfast available at extra cost (bread, butter, madeleines, jam, honey, coffee or tea) 10 euros/person, served in the room. This place is perfect for 2 adults or a couple with a child. We can advise you on the lovely hikes to do in the surrounding area, the many outdoor activities, as well as interesting outings and activities to do in the vicinity. Guest access The LE MAGNOLIA studio is located on the ground floor of our house, next to a bedroom that we also offer for rent (Le Cèdre accommodation). These two rental units have a separate entrance that is independent from the rest of our house. Outside, you have access to the terrace. The back of the house and the garden are private. Other things to note Two garbage cans are available for sorting: plastic and cardboard in one garbage can and garbage in the other. An ironing board and iron will be available upon request. We can also lend you board games and books if you are interested, also on request.
