Work or relax in this bright apartment, includes toys, junior bed and infant Pack and Play bed, near Bridge Street and Centennial Park where you can swim, rent kayaks, stroll along trails, shop and come back to a clean place with a fenced backyard, high-speed Fibe wifi to work or stream on Roku TV, cooking options indoors and out (seasonal). Summer sunroom overlooks large fenced backyard, including a BBQ and firepit. In a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Non-smoking. Free parking. The space Guests park in a private driveway off of Joseph Street and enter through the sunroom overlooking the backyard garden. Separate keyless entry into carpeted living room and open concept kitchenette. Two spacious carpeted bedrooms with options to use a junior bed and Pack and Play portable infant bed. One bedroom has a work desk with an ethernet Fibe cable. Central heat and air conditioning. There is a Roku TV and an assortment of toys and puzzles. The seasonal sunroom has a large table and two comfortable chairs for when the weather is warm. Smoking is not allowed inside. The large back garden is privacy fenced and has a BBQ and firepit which you can use. Pets can be considered on a case by case basis: they are to be supervised when in the apartment - not left alone unless they are kept in their carriers. They are not allowed on furniture. It is a carpeted space so any animals with house-breaking issues should be restricted to the sunroom; dogs are welcome in the back yard but please collect and discard any feces. Please clean wet or dirty paws before entering the apartment. There are no laundry facilities on site. There is a good, coin-operated laundromat 3 km away. For extended stays, we can discuss taking your laundry to our home for washing and drying. Guest access Guests have one parking space in the driveway and free street parking is available on Joseph Street from April to mid-November. Please look for guest parking signage. You will go through the breezeway and onto the deck to the sunroom. Keyless entry is inside the sunroom. The apartment and sunroom are for the exclusive use of guests. The large back yard is shared with our family though we can discuss special occasions when you would like sole use of it. The apartment is accessed from stairs and is not wheel chair accessible. Other things to note We remind guests that the kitchenette has many emenities but does not have a full range. We provide a Ninja Foodi oven, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. In summertime, we provide an electric outdoor BBQ for your use. Also, we provide an HDMI cable which can be used with the Roku TV if you want to stream from your computer; you can also bring your own game consoles/controllers. There are many free streaming options on the Roku; we do not subscribe to cable services.
