This apartment is meant for guests who are coming to relax, explore Malta, and enjoy a peaceful stay. If you're looking for a place to party, this unfortunately isn't the right fit. 2. We have very strict noise policy. Please keep things quiet and respectful, especially in shared spaces. By booking, you're agreeing to respect both the house rules and the neighbors. 3. ONLY GUESTS INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING ARE ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT. 4. In summer, we might get some unexpected little visitors like ants. The place is professionally cleaned and disinfected, but we kindly ask you to store all food in the fridge and not leave anything out. We also provide insect spray, just in case. 5. For safety reasons, please make sure to turn off the AC every time you leave the apartment - this is part of our fire prevention procedure. Other things to note No elevator – the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
