Possibility of renting the entire property, which includes another apartment on the first floor (2girasoli) with an additional 4 beds. The space The property is part of a recently renovated farmhouse with stone walls and exposed beams, surrounded by the garden. The accommodation consists of a large living area with an open kitchen and fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with all amenities and has a window. The house is equipped with basic items for two days such as tea, coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water, salt, sugar, oil, garbage bags, absorbent paper, napkins, toilet paper. The cleaning fee of €30 will be left on site in cash at the end of the stay (only for those who booked before April 14, 2025, after which it will be included in the cost of the reservation) Extra bedding and bath linens - The house comes with all the necessary bedding on the beds and a set of bath towels. Bath mats and kitchen towels are also provided. Other toiletries (shower cap, shower gel and shampoo) are included. Electric vehicles No EV charging facilities are available. If you come with a suitable adapter and plug, there is little distance from your car to connect to the normal electricity supply of the house. Electric vehicle services are located in Castiglione del Lago. The keys will be hand-delivered by a person in charge upon arrival and returned by hand upon check-out.
