Bring your own food & beverages. - Covered lighted Patio - Propane Grill in Patio. All supplies are in Kitchen - Work Area with printer and charging dock - All bedrooms have charging docks and outlet and USB nightstands. - Comfortable Memory Foam Beds with Bamboo Sheets and luxury linens - Indoor Laundry Room KITCHEN Keruig and Nespresso machines, coffee/expresso pods, sweeteners & creamer, variety of spices and oils, condiments are included. CHILDREN Portable pack n play and high chair are available upon request. Some toys are in bin in hall closet. WIFI & ELECTRONICS - STARLINK WIFI - throuought 1 - 75" TV in Living Area 3 - 43" TV's in Bedrooms - All TV's are smart TV's with streaming capabilities. - COMPLIMENTARY YouTube TV (Local Chanels included) - Sonos speaker GARBAGE AND LANDSCAPING. - We have weekly garbage and landscaping services. You may see or hear these services during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard as needed. Garbage is Wednesdays and Landscaper mostly on Thursdays. RESTRICTIONS - NO SMOKING/VAPING IN OR AROUND PROPERTY. - THIS IS A NO PET POLICY RENTAL. NO EXCEPTIONS! - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. STRICTLY ENFORCED. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation cancelled, Police called and legal action taken if you chose to throw a party on our property. - HOSTS LIVE NEARBY!! - The front exterior of the home has 24/7 security camera monitoring for safely. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Please note that this property is for the enjoyment of the guests on the reservation and that any outside guests, visitors, events or ceremonies are not permitted without prior approval. Always best to ask first. Insurance and county permitting restrictions do not allow and events, receptions, weddings or wedding -related stays at the house or on property. We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (weather, illness, etc.). We are not able to cancel, move or refund booking that do not fall within our cancellation policy for any reason. GUEST ACCESS - Self Checkin passcode will be provided prior to arrival - House is fenced and manually gated. Gate will be open - Best to checkin 2 days prior for passcode. - If interested in using the security system during your stay, please let hosts know. Temporary codes will be provided. Fee may be applied for false alarms. A HOUSE MANUAL with instructions on how to use devices will be provided.
