This gorgeous historic home is perfect for your group of 12 guests! 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a robust kitchen, living room, and a dining room with an incredible hardwood table big enough for the entire crew make this the ideal home to gather and enjoy time together! The space Nestled on a sprawling 5-acre lot, this stunning historic home built in 1873 has been meticulously restored and renovated with modern amenities while preserving its rich history. Perfect for large families or church groups, our home features 4 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 2 twin cots, accommodating up to 12 guests. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and each bedroom and kitchen comes with a smart TV with premium cable. The show-stopping, custom hardwood dining table is big enough to fit the entire group comfortably around it for shared meals, board games, group discussions, and more. This is the first floor of a two-story home. The second floor will remain unoccupied during your stay. You also can book the entire home to gain access to both floors. In addition to three full bathrooms and one laundry station, the home also includes a living room with surround sound and an "Arcade" corner for some nostalgic fun. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet of the spacious backyard while stargazing at night or playing disc golf on the two baskets provided. Guest access Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the house themselves. Access is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Other things to note This historic home, built in 1873 by County Attorney and Judge William T. Simmons, has undergone a massive two-year remodel to restore it to its original purpose as a residence. Throughout its lifetime, the house has been repurposed as a doctor's office, law office, and photography studio. Now, the house has been carefully restored with original features, such as exposed brick and cypress beams, while also featuring modern amenities. With its rich history and restored character, this home is the perfect place for large groups visiting Williamstown and the Ark Encounter.
