The space Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, located in the charming and welcoming town of Chayofa, 5 minutes drive from Los Cristianos. This charming villa has a living room with a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Like the living room the 2 bedrooms have SMART TV. There is a large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy family meals. The villa has a large outdoor garden with a large jacuzzi with heated water (26/27degrees) , a shower for cooling off and sun loungers for sunbathing. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guest as well as the Heated hot tub and the garden. Each room has a private bathroom, smart TV with Ethernet connection and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. At my guests' disposal there is also the heated community pool located in front of the villa. Which is very quiet and not very busy. Assigned parking adjacent to the house. Other things to note A security deposit of €300 is required, payable in cash upon check-in to all guests who do not have at least 3 positive reviews left by other Hosts. This security deposit will be refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. The villa is located in a very quiet, private, and safe community of villas. For this reason, all of us owners have made it a rule not to make loud noises after 10,30 p.m. It is necessary to respect the quiet hours between 10.30pm and 8.00am. Please strictly respect this rule to avoid disagreements and conflicts with neighbors and the local Police station . Events and loud music are not allowed in the accommodation, as it is located in a residential area, which is characterised by its silence and tranquillity with the neighbours. No type of animal is allowed.
