The space The studio offers: Comfortable double bed Private bathroom Compact, equipped kitchenette for quick meals Ideal work desk for study or home office Wi-Fi available for work and entertainment Bed linen and towels are provided Safe, quiet space with good natural lighting Location We are just minutes from Barigui Park and Barigui Shopping Mall, with easy access to leisure options, restaurants, and transportation. Quiet and safe neighborhood — great for combining remote work and sightseeing. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the studio. Access to the shared garden is allowed; the space is used by few people and is usually very quiet. Entrance for cars available: there is direct access to park near the property. Let us know when you come by car. Other things to note Follow the rules Always leave the dishes washed. Collect all trash, including bathroom trash, and place it in the extra trash can located in the garden or outside during the week. There is a broom, squeegee, and in the outside laundry, extra utensils and cleaning cloths — use them when you need them. No need to make the bed when you leave. For stays longer than 4 days, the change of sheets and towels and the cleaning of the space must be maintained. If you need a housekeeper, let me know and I'll give you the contact information; the hiring and payment of cleaning for longer stays are at the guest's expense. If the space was rented for 1 person, it is for 1 person. When closing, please confirm how many guests (1, 2, 3, etc.). I ask couples to be especially careful — the atmosphere is family-oriented; avoid loud moans and screams. If you prefer privacy, there are excellent motels about 5 minutes away.
