Sitting on 5.6 acres with over 500' of shoreline, it gives the privacy you desire and yet only 40 minutes to Annapolis or St Michaels. Both towns are filled with fabulous restaurants, amazing shopping and family-friendly activities. Or stay home and play in the pool, sit on the private sandy beach, or fish off the pier. Enough to keep everyone busy or to escape life's distractions and relax. The space Enormous waterfront home with 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths and over 9,000 square feet of living space. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the two outdoor living spaces as well as plenty of floor to ceiling windows. Sit back and relax as the Wye River floats by. Multiple stories including a finished basement with air hockey table provides enough space to spread out. The chef's kitchen boasts two ovens and two dishwashers and all the kitchen gadgets you need to prepare wonderful meals. Most bedrooms are en-suite, with two primaries. Child friendly including two cribs, a pack n play, three high chairs and plenty of toys. Additionally, there is an elevator that access all levels (elevator is not accessible unless required usage is disclosed to the host prior to check in). Guests of all ages can enjoy making memories in this wonderful home. Sit outside on the balcony or patio and take in the scenery. Play in the pool (open seasonally) or swim in the river, which is easily accessible from your own sandy beach. Bring your boat (4' MLW) and use the onsite boat ramp and pier to cruise out to the Chesapeake Bay or down to St. Michaels. And if that's not enough, play a game of tennis on the full sized court (court is in the process of improvements; court is playable but may not meet your needs if you are a serious player). Home is wired with speakers through out to let you listen to music, even out on the patio. So much to offer that all guests will enjoy their stay! Onsite caretaker (in a separate building on the property) will ensure your stay is perfect and available should you have any questions or concerns. Please note that WiFi is available and runs over a satellite connection. Because of this, the speed may slow down if there are too many devices or too much bandwidth being used. Reliability may be impacted if there is severe weather in the area. **A maximum of 16 guests is permitted unless previously approved. Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property.** **Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the home. No fireworks.** **No weddings, events or parties. The home is not zoned to host weddings and we cannot accommodate any weddings due to county laws.** **You are only permitted at the home during your reservation. Please do not drop by before your reservation to check out the space as that is a security concern and can interrupt a current guest’s vacation.** **Includes mandatory 5% county sales tax** During Summer and Thanksgiving, there is a three-night minimum.
